Description
Go to /dashboard/system/multilingual/setup and click the Languages link at the bottom.

Download Interface dictionary
Description
Click Install/Update Languages on top and install the language strings you need.
Info
Some languages are pre-installed by the ContentCrank and do not need to be downloaded. To check what is already installed visit /dashboard/system/multilingual/translate_interface.

Refresh dictionary
Description
Go to /dashboard/system/multilingual/translate_interface to see your installed interface languages. The new dictionary is not yet loaded, that is why it shows 'File not found'. Click Reload strings to refresh all your current text strings and express values and save them to the new dictionary. You should see the empty bar of the new dictionary now filled up to some value below 100%. The missing entries are values from your content.
Success
Reloading the dictionary is necessary before using the AI translation, when Express Values or Attribute Names were imported, added manually or changed in any way. To be safe, always refresh before using the AI translation.
